I hope many of you who emailed with recommendations for publishers will come out and give your publisher a little well deserved recognition. If you’re affiliated with a publisher you consider stand-out in the industry, let us know.
Today is your chance to give publishers from all genres some public praise. However, don’t just post and bolt. Stick around and tell us why you think they’re extraordinary. Do they pay on time? How long have they been in business? What about their line-up? Do they look like an author mill or are they selective? Either way, does it work for them?
Do you consider your publisher approachable and if not, why do you stay with them? What makes them exceptional even if they aren’t accessible? How about submissions? What is their response time after a manuscript is accepted for submissions?
What is the wait time for publication after your book has been accepted for submission? Talk about the edits and cover art department too. Finally, if you want to post information about sales, you're welcome to post and tell. Why does your publisher stands out?
