My guest today is author Jean C. Joachim. Jean and I spent some time together chatting about books at the recent Romfest convention and I'm here to tell you, her enthusiasm for Hollywood Hearts comes shining through. Her passion for this series is certainly warranted!
If I Loved You, a Hollywood Hearts romance, is one for the keeper shelf!

Today, Jean sat down with one of her characters from Hollywood Hearts. You'll enjoy her interview!
Welcome Jean!
The following interview and blurb were provided by the author
Blurb
Does love always mean total truth?
Successfully shunning the limelight, Megan Davis kept her family secret safe.
Disrespectful of tabloid superstars, Meg was shocked when selected to launch a
celebrity division in her investment firm. Gorgeous, magnetic movie star, Chaz
Duncan valued privacy above all else. Drawn to Megan for more than financial
advice, will he share a secret or continue his high profile but lonely
existence? Jealousy, deceit and scandal threaten two careers and the quest for
true love and trust in this roller-coaster-ride contemporary romance.
TIFFANY COWLES INTERVIEWS BRIELLE, VILLIANESS OF IF I LOVED YOU
1.
Why do you hate Megan Davis?
That little twit got the job I was supposed to get. She was made vice
president and she’s a newbie. I’ve been with Dillon and Weed for two years. Her
job was supposed to be mine!
2.
Do you have a love interest or are you forced to be
alone?
If that little
tramp, Megan, would leave, I’d move in on hottie Chaz Duncan in a heartbeat.
He’d never know what hit him. *chuckles*.
3.
Do you have any annoying habits your author didn’t
share with us?
If I did, do you
think I’d be stupid enough to put them in an interview with you? *snorts* What
kind of jackass do you take me for?
4.
Did you get the revenge you wanted?
Yeah! *wears evil grin*
5.
Are you happy with the profession your author chose for
you and why?
It’s okay. I’d rather be a fashion model and I got the rack for it,
too.
6.
Would you like to be taller, blonder, thinner or
smarter than you have been portrayed?
Nah. My body is perfect. Great double DD’s, gorgeous face. Brilliant
evil mind. What more could any man want?
7.
Are you planning to make an appearance in a sequel?
I’ve been replaced in the rest of the books in the series. But we’re
going to have a villains reunion once that idiot, Jean, finally finishes the
last book. I’m a little ticked off that Gunther Quill, villain from book four
got his own book. Hey, Jean! When am I gonna have my own book? *shakes a fist
at the author*
8.
Now for a personal question. Did you get any sex in the
book? Was it enough or would you have liked more?
I got some with that
moron, Andy. But it was better than none.
9.
Did you get to kiss the hero/heroine?
No, and I’m ticked
about it, too!
10. Did
you spread any nasty rumors?
Didn’t have to. The
media did it for me. Suckers.
11. Did
you lie?
Hell, yeah! What kind
of villain would I be if I didn’t lie?
12. How
many re-writes did you have to live through?
Too many! Jean needs
to focus better.
13. Did
your author listen to you when you tried to redirect her/him?
Not one bit. I didn’t
get anything I wanted. Well, except to sleep with Andy. He’s not very
experienced but had good staying power.
14. Do
you want your story to become a series with you as a recurring character?
That would be a dream
come true. Jean’s already told me though, never gonna happen.
15. Any
final words?
When you read the book, remember how
ingenious I was. How clever. I’m a huge step above the average, stupid villain
– and a whole lot prettier. Finally got my say.
About the author:
Jean Joachim, wife and mother of two
sons, is owned by a rescued pug, named Homer. She’d been writing non-fiction
for what seemed like forever until she got up the nerve to try fiction. It was
love. Now she spends her days in New York City in the company of her
characters, with a cup of tea and a secret stash of black licorice.
